The customer account

The free version of Senso MCP does not require an account. A customer account is only created when you make your first purchase — there is no separate sign-up process beforehand.

Free to use without an account

The free package can be downloaded and used freely, without an account or registration, and without a Download ID. You can get started straight away, without going through the shop.

An account created with your first purchase

Your customer account is created automatically when you place your first order for a paid offering, using the details entered at checkout. There is nothing to set up beforehand: you cannot create an account before making a purchase.

Customer area

Once this account has been created, your customer area brings together your licences, orders, Download ID and support tickets. You can then sign in using the credentials associated with your order.
