Renewal

Renewing a licence extends your updates and support at a preferential rate.

Why renew

Each licence is valid for twelve months. Renewing keeps your access to updates and support for a further twelve months. Your extensions will continue to work without renewal, but will no longer receive fixes or new features.

Renewing before the expiry date does not mean losing any days: the twelve months are added to the current expiry date, not the payment date. After expiry, they run from the date of renewal.

Renewal discount

Renewing an existing licence qualifies for a discount, which is applied automatically and shown on a dedicated line at checkout.

Procedure

From My licences, start the renewal of the relevant licence: the discount is calculated and the renewal is added to your basket. A given renewal can only be added to the basket once.
